Glendowie Renovation
This was an extremely tired and rundown home in a great location. The clients father was moving to a home so it was time to give it a new lease of life ready to put on the market. We stripped 80% of the interior out and replaced all the old aluminium joinery with new double glazed joinery. Both bathrooms were replaced and a new kitchen new flooring new interior doors and completely re-re-painted the interior and exterior.
On the exterior we constructed a new retaining wall on the Boundary and fence and then removed the existing deck and replaced it with a much larger usable deck. All and all the client was extremely happy with the finished product and the property sold with no problems at all.
