From Old to New
This was our own house. This project was definitely a labour of love. With no expense spared the final out come was so epic it made front page of the HOME section of the NZ Herald. The house was completely gutted with new joinery and insulation to bring it up to modern specs. New bathroom and kitchen were added along with an ensuite.
65sqm of decks were built to make a small home feel as big as possible. A new roof was installed and a lick of paint on the original cedar weatherboards brought the house up like new. GH Building also carried out all landscaping and fencing which really finished the project off. All and all we were extremely happy with the finished product.
